We are conveniently located in the old Berwick Marketplace building on Lyall Rd, nestled between RJ Sanderson and Casey Accounting. You'll see "About Families" on our door. Directly across the street is a Tobins Brothers.

Parking
Free parking is available in the underground carpark for Woolworths at the rear of the building. Additional parking is also available at nearby shops just a short walk away. During busy times, parking may be limited, so please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.

Accessibility
The office is located on the ground floor, providing pram-friendly access with wide doorways and hallways. However, it does not fully meet wheelchair accessibility requirements, and restroom facilities are not wheelchair-friendly. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Berwick Station is just 1.2 km away, with smooth pathways leading directly to the office. The area also features a range of amenities, including shops, cafes, banks, and a post office within walking distance. Additionally, Pioneer Park is nearby, offering plenty of green spaces to enjoy before or after your visit.
