Are you a dedicated psychologist looking for a rewarding role where you can grow alongside a thriving practice? Brain Helpers Psychology is seeking a motivated and passionate psychologist to join our team for part-time hours (3 days a week).

We pride ourselves on delivering culturally informed, evidence-based care to a diverse client base. If you’re ready to expand your skills, contribute meaningfully, and grow within a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

  • Work with culturally diverse clients across the lifespan.

  • Provisional and general psychologists are encouraged to apply.

  • Be responsible for your own administration and maintain excellent record-keeping practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A psychologist with a commitment to culturally competent care (a key AHPRA requirement).

  • A proactive professional who values organisation, is on top of record-keeping, and is willing to manage their own admin tasks.

  • Someone eager to grow with our practice and open to learning, developing new skills, and contributing to our shared vision.

  • A passion for working with children, adolescents, and/or adults from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

  • Experience providing counselling is important but not required to include all age groups, such as older adults (geriatric clients).

  • Speaking an additional language (e.g., Urdu, Hindi, etc.) is an advantage but not necessary.

  • Experience conducting behavioural evaluations is nice to have but not required.

What We Offer:

  • A welcoming, collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth and supporting your unique interests.

  • Flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.

  • Opportunities to shape your role and develop your clinical expertise.
