“Hi, I’m Sharon—I grew up on the sunny shores of Mauritius before calling Australia home for 22 years. School was tough for me; I grappled with anxiety and focus, so I truly understand how those struggles hit home. Now, as a Clinical Psychologist and Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a Master’s and PhD from Monash, I’m here to support families, couples, and individuals like you—whether through assessments for ADHD and Autism, counselling for anxiety, or help with relationships. I weave my own experiences into approaches like mindfulness and the Gottman Method, creating a warm space for growth. Want to know more about my credentials? Or read my blog on those early challenges. Beyond the clinic, I’m off exploring with my family or tackling a CrossFit session!”
